What hours are you open?
Our normal business hours are Mon - Fri 9:00am - 4:00pm and Sat. 10:00am - 2:00pm. Before and after hour appointments are available. Holiday hours will vary. Please contact the store for updated holiday hours.
What is your return policy?
Returns will be accepted within 7 days of purchase for a refund. Packaging must be intact, and equipment must be unused. (SEE EXCEPTIONS BELOW)

ALL Credit card refunds are subject to an 8% fee.
EXCEPTIONS:
All special orders are considered a final sale and non-returnable. Special orders are any items ordered from the manufacturer at the time of purchase.
Toilet seat risers, shower chairs and commodes are non-returnable.
Mattresses, lift chairs and personal items (such as stockings, drainage bags, surgical supplies, etc. are considered a final sale.
Equipment returned within 7 days will be charged a rental fee and is subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Clearance items are considered a final sale.
Do you buy used equipment?
We do not purchase used equipment. We have a rental fleet that allows us to rent and sell used equipment, however we purchase all rental equipment brand new from the manufacturer.
Do you deliver?
We happily deliver to all of our SWFL neighbors. Items purchased up to $499 are subject to a delivery fee based on location (between $75 and $99). Delivery of items over $500 are delivered at no additional cost.
Will you move or haul away my old equipment?
Our delivery technicians will always go out of their way to meet our customers' needs, however, for liability reasons they are not able to move or haul away old equipment (such as lift chairs and hospital beds). Customers are responsible for having the area cleared for delivery.
Do you offer a warranty on purchased DME?
We honor all manufacturer warranties under applicable law. Warranty specifics vary by manufacturer and equipment. Any parts covered under warranty will be repaired or replaced. Please note, labor is not included in most manufacturers' warranties therefor you may be subject to a labor fee.
